Florida that provides construction services for residential, commercial, healthcare,
education and government facilities. With more than 30 years of combined experience, Ashley and husband Leith Finnegan have a wealth of knowledge in general
construction, disaster restoration, and project and business management.

MEET THE OWNERS
Ashley Finnegan
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida. Following college, she was hired at a rapidly growing healthcare company in Tampa. Within a few short years, she was named an Executive in the Marketing Department, managing $18 million in
national consumer outreach campaigns.
Joining Maven Construction Group in Gainesville as Vice President, Ashley’s involvement in local organizations, such as the Builder’s Association and BNI, helped the business grow by 400% in only 5 years. In 2016, Ashley obtained a license as a Certified Builder (CBC1260725). With license in hand and experience under her belt, she launched A.Finnegan Construction in 2020.
Leith Finnegan
Construction is in Leith’s DNA. A Gainesville native, he grew up working in his father’s restoration franchise, where he learned to deliver quick, effective results after water, mold or fire damage to grateful customers. Leith brings more than 20 years of general contracting experience to A.Finnegan Construction, as well as certified services in mold remediator and lead abatement, continuing the family tradition of restoring properties and peace of mind to North Central Floridians.
